This study was conduted to aim the causal relationship between sensation seeking and internet addiction with mediation of affiliation to deviant peers in students. 294 undergraduate freshmen from Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz were selected by using multi-stage random sampling method, and completed Yang Internet Addiction Test, Zuckerman Sensation Scale, and Paschal, Ringwalt, and Flewelling Scale. Data were analyzed using path analysis method. Findings indicate that sensation seeking and affiliation to deviant peers are dirctly associated with internet addiction, and sensation-seeking indirectly increases internet addiction by increasing students' affiliation to deviant peers. Therefore, students with high sensation seeking more likely to be in deviant peer groups, and this will indirectly increase their internet addiction.
